• Contact details: Name, phone number, delivery address, and email, when you place an order, sign up for our newsletter, or message us on WhatsApp.
• Order details: What you bought, when, payment method (Cash on Delivery or prepaid), and order value.
• Communications: Messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, or a contact form, kept so we can actually follow up properly instead of asking you to repeat yourself.
• Basic site usage: Pages viewed, general location at city level (from IP address), and device type. Standard analytics, we don't use it to build an advertising profile of you or sell it onward.

• To process and deliver your order, your address and phone number go to our courier partner, and nothing more than that.
• To confirm Cash on Delivery orders and reduce fraudulent or mistaken orders.
• To handle returns, exchanges, and support requests.
• To send you order updates (always) and marketing emails (only if you subscribed).

• Courier partners: To deliver your order. They receive your name, address, and phone number.
• Payment processors: Only if you pay online. Cash on Delivery orders never touch a payment processor at all.
• WhatsApp Business (Meta) If you message us there, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working as you move between pages, remember basic preferences, and understand general site traffic patterns. We don't use invasive cross-site tracking or sell browsing data to ad networks. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings, the site will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.

• Ask what we hold: Message us and we'll tell you what data we have on file for you.
• Ask us to correct it: Wrong phone number, old address, anything outdated.
• Ask us to delete it: We'll action this on request, though we may need to retain core order records for a reasonable period for tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.
• Unsubscribe anytime: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or just tell us on WhatsApp.

Access to customer data is limited to the people who actually need it to do their job, fulfilling orders, handling support, and nothing more. We don't keep data longer than it's useful for the reasons stated above. If something ever goes wrong on our end, we'll tell you directly rather than stay quiet about it.
