Most return policies are written to limit your risk. Ours is written because we genuinely don’t think you’ll need it. But if a scent isn’t you, even a few sprays in, you still get five days to say so. And if you choose a refund, you’ll know exactly when it reaches you.

5 Days. Up To One ml Used. No Interrogation.
From the day your order arrives, you have 5 days to request a return or exchange and unlike most policies in this market, we don't need the bottle untouched. If you've used 1ml or less, it still qualifies. We're not asking you to commit to a fragrance sight-unseen before you've actually worn it. That's not confidence, that's a policy designed to make refunds inconvenient enough that people give up. Ours isn't built that way.
1ml is roughly 8–12 sprays, enough to genuinely wear it through a real day, in real heat, the way you'd actually decide whether a scent is you. We picked that number because it's enough to judge a fragrance honestly, not because it's the least we could get away with offering.
Our Claims Aren't Afraid of Being Tested.
Every claim on this site, the concentration, the 8+ hour wear, the notes, is something we're willing to have checked, including by you, after you've already sprayed it. We didn't build this policy because we expect a flood of returns. We built it because if a fragrance is genuinely as good as we say it is, it should survive contact with your actual skin, your actual day, your actual life, not just the first ten minutes in front of a mirror at the till.
If it doesn't hold up for you, that's useful information for us, and it costs you nothing to tell us so.
We'd rather lose a sale than talk you into keeping something that isn't you.

Share your order number and the scent. For damaged or leaked items, you must include a continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
We confirm eligibility
Inside 5 days, 1ml or less used, we usually reply within a few hours, not days.
Ship it back to us
Please do not send your parcel back until the House has confirmed. Once approved, ship the bottle to our address, as we do not arrange pickups.
Refund or exchange, your call
A different scent, or a refund to your original payment method. Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days of us receiving your bottle. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
