By browsing this website or placing an order, you're agreeing to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy. If you don't agree with something here, the respectful move for both of us is that you don't place an order, not that we bury a clause and hope you don't read it.

You need to be at least 18 years old, or ordering with a parent or guardian's involvement, to place an order with us. This isn't about being difficult, our products contain alcohol and aren't intended for unsupervised use by minors.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and cover the product itself; delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout. We do our best to keep product photography and descriptions accurate, but screen displays vary, a bottle's tint on your phone may read slightly differently in person, and that's a display limitation, not a misrepresentation.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, or discontinue a scent without notice. We will always honour an order already confirmed at the price it was placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale until we've confirmed and dispatched it. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order, including ones already placed, if we suspect fraud, if an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a Cash on Delivery order can't be confirmed after reasonable attempts to reach you (see our FAQ for why we sometimes call or WhatsApp to confirm). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll be refunded in full.

We accept Cash on Delivery nationwide, as well as prepaid options at checkout. There's no additional fee for choosing Cash on Delivery. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines: typically 3-4 business days in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and major cities. 5-7 elsewhere, are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, courier delays, and address issues are outside our control, though we'll always help track down a delayed order. Risk in the product transfers to you once it's delivered to the address you provided.

Full details live on our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy page — in short, a window from delivery to request a return, a usage allowance rather than requiring the bottle untouched, and no interrogation. That page governs returns; this section just points you there instead of repeating it and risking the two drifting out of sync.

Our fragrances are for external use only. Every formula is built within IFRA's recognised safety limits, but individual skin reactions can still occur. We recommend patch-testing on your inner forearm and waiting 24 hours before full use, especially the first time you try a new scent. Discontinue use and consult a dermatologist if you notice irritation. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.

Everything on this site, the NÀFHA name, our formulas, photography, written content, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You're welcome to share a link or a screenshot with a friend; you're not welcome to copy our product descriptions, photography, or site design for your own use.

Don't place fraudulent orders, attempt to manipulate pricing or promotions, or scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone doing so.

We're liable for the product we sell you, delivered as described, and for the commitments made in our Returns & Refund Policy. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, a missed event because a delivery ran late, for instance: beyond making the delivery issue itself right. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Pakistan.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Punjab, where N À F H A is based.

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change. For changes that meaningfully affect your rights as a customer, we'll also notify subscribers by email, the same way we handle updates to our Privacy Policy.
